If you have been involved in an accident at work, you will often be concerned that pursuing an accident at work compensation claim will lose you your job. It should not and our solicitors will do all they can to protect your employment whilst at the same time recovering compensation for your losses and injuries.

Rising Gas & Electricity prices!

Around 700 former servicemen have joined the action, including those who served on the Royal Navy warship, HMS Diana, which was involved in two of the tests. According to testimony of those involved the men could hear the explosion from 200 miles away and that many of them suffered from the effects of radiation sickness following the tests. One of the explosions was six times larger than the bomb dropped by US forces on Hiroshima during the Second World War.

Solicitors acting on behalf of the veterans have uncovered official documentation that they claim shows the Army was complicit in the testing of the nuclear effects on its personnel, despite having claimed at the time that the tests were conducted to establish the effects of a nuclear explosion on equipment.

The MoD denies that the tests are responsible for the lifelong illnesses that many of those involved are now suffering from and it is possible that the claims may never come to court - under current law, any claim for compensation must be brought within three years of the injury. The deadline to join the mass action is March 3rd 2008.

We deal in a range of claims, including personal injury claims and compensation.
