Ebay alternative to buying and selling music related items

Rising Gas & Electricity prices!

Do you go to ebay to buy your records or tapes or cd's or even vinyl,or do you want a musical instrument.Or on the otherside do you use ebay to sell items.

A number of people complain about the charges of this website which is getting bigger all of the time.

So would you be interested in an alternative place to sell or buy music related products. If you are then when www.rare-music.co.uk becomes live it could be your answer.

I have a number of questions I wish to ask

Do you think the charges for inserting an add are too high

What do you think would be a fair advertising charge

When an items has sold - is the final price fee too high

What do you think the final item fee should be - or do you think that there should not be a charge.

Do you think it would be fair to introduce a site registration fee so as to keep down the other charges.

If you do what do you think the fee should be.

The www.rare-music.co.uk website will become live before the end of 2007 - would you be interested in becoming a member - if so email ardavies@hotmail.com with RAREMUSIC in your email - we will then gather a list together and send you details as soon as the site is up and running.Any mails we receive will not be sold to anyones list.We hate spam as much as you do.

So do you think there is room on the net for an auction site that is just dedicated to one subject eg :music

Any comments you have regarding this article please email ardavies@hotmail.com
